Several people have suggested that members of the º£½ÇÉ¬Çø community could share recipes to help us through these difficult times. Christina Parsons (Communications) would like to get this started with a recipe she loves from childhood friend Claire Tansey, who grew up to become a chef and cookbook author. Time and yeast will do all the work overnight and you can enjoy homemade pizza the next day. There are more great recipes in Claire's 2018 book Uncomplicated.

Third-year student Alejandrina Hernandez returned to her home country in late 2018 to visit family and friends, and the experience marked her. She was determined to do something in response to the humanitarian crisis she witnessed along the border of Venezuela and Colombia.
