海角涩区 Rower Wins Medal at Canada Games

Sam Carmel (former 海角涩区 Rowing Team member) raced the quad (M4x) and the double (M2x) at the 2017 Canada Games in Kenora Ontario for Quebec. He medaled in the double with his partner Quentin Basiren (McGill).
He is also racing at Canadian Henley in the single (U23M1x) and the double (U23M2x) alongside other 海角涩区 rowers and 海角涩区 alumni.
